The members of the committee aim at bringing together an online network of young polar researchers, teachers and high school students. This coming November 2007, a team funded by the National Science Foundation will be stationed at Cape Royds on Ross Island, Antarctica, conducting penguin science. This short manual shows you how to format your project's data in a KML file for inclusion in the IPY layer.
