The 6th Italian National Program for Antarctic Research (PNRA) Meeting on Antarctic Biology: Critical Issues and Research Priorities for the IPY and 2007-09 will be held at Follonica, Tuscany, Italy between 7th and 9th June 2007.

Italian Antarctic biologists will organize a workshop (7-9 June 2007) together with foreign colleagues involved in our IPY projects such as EBESA and EBA, to discuss the state of art and research priorities for the IPY, in different branches of Antarctic biology and ecology. The workshop will be an occasion to reinforce international collaboration and to plan research activities in Victoria Land, the Antarctic Peninsula and Patagonia.
