At 17h00 - 20h00, as part of the Indigenous Peoples International Polar Year Opening, there will be a live online snowchange workshop in the Sami Upper Secondary and Reindeer Husbandry School building in Kautokeino in cooperation with the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt Maryland. The videoconference will come from Lake Placid New York via Goddard. Organisers included are IPY-Snowflake og IPY EALAT International Centre for Reindeer Husbandry (ICR), the Goddard Space Flight Center and the University of Alaska.Workshop programme
